Private, Midwife Led
Antenatal Classes

Helping you thrive through pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood.

Informative, relaxed, and entirely private, my midwife-led antenatal classes are designed for every type of expectant parent in Poole, Bournemouth, The New Forest, and surrounding areas of Dorset. Preparing for birth is one of the most important investments you'll make, and my personalised, private antenatal classes are designed to empower you to feel equipped, informed, and ready to meet your little one.

Unlike traditional group classes, my 1:1 sessions happen in the comfort of your own home, at your pace, and are fully tailored to meet your individual needs. Led by a compassionate NHS midwife proficient in British Sign Language (BSL), these private classes allow you to ask as many questions as you like, covering everything that matters most to you. With flexible scheduling in the evenings or on weekends, it’s easy to fit these sessions into your life.

Learning with me is more than informative; it's relaxed and interactive, creating a warm environment where you receive honest, personalised guidance for your unique pregnancy journey. We'll cover essential topics, including active birthing and hypnobirthing techniques like breathing exercises, so you feel prepared and empowered. With two weeks of postnatal support, we're also committed to ensuring you feel confident and supported as you navigate the early days of parenthood.

Choose Nurture with Knowledge and experience a journey that’s as personal as it is enriching.
